- Style-wise fabric construction or ingredient (e.g., 100% cotton, 60% cotton + 40% polyester etc.)
- Style-wise and size-wise measurement chart
- Style-wise order quantity
- Size-wise quantity breakdown
- Expected date of placing the order
- Expected date of shipment
- Mode of shipment (Sea or Air)
- Name of destination port
- Term of payment ( L/C at Sight or TT)
- Required packing details (If any)
- Accessories requirement (If any)
- Style-wise target price (If any)
- Required quotation type (FOB/ C&F/ CIF)
